The Best Handwritten Script Fonts for Branding Design
Back to my love of fonts and typography with a post dedicated to everyone who loves the hand lettered, handwritten script look! I have quite a few of these, so this post may end up with a part two just like my serif posts. #staytuned

SCRIPT FONTS ARE TYPICALLY ASSOCIATED WITH FEMININITY, ELEGANCE, AND CREATIVITY. THEY ALSO TEND TO FEEL MORE PERSONAL DUE TO THEIR HANDWRITTEN NATURE.
Although I love dabbling with hand lettering myself, sometimes it’s easier to use a font. I love adding a script as an accent font to give the brand a more down to earth feel. As always, not all fonts are created equal so I recommend a test drive prior to purchasing so you can get a better feel for how the letters interact.
I’m very particular about how certain letters are formed. I would also caution you to make sure that the font you select is readable. There is nothing worse than using a font in your brand and people end up not being able to decipher what it says.

I always recommend a test drive of the font before purchasing if available. Type out words or the alphabet so that you can see all letterforms. I won’t lie, there have been times that I have liked a font until I saw how one letter was formed and it was ruined for me. The tiny details can really make a big impact when you are talking about font selection.
Here are a few graphics that utilize some of the fonts from my list so you can get a better visual and feeling for them. Pay attention to how they feel. Are they in line with your style? Do they give the vibes that it’s your handwritten style?
