font faves - november 2022

I love when a font is a duo. This month’s font is just that. Meet ‘New Icon’ a gorgeous serif and script font duo from the genius fontmaker, Sam Parrett. Sam owns Set Sail Studios. I’m a huge fan of his work and this new release was added to my extensive font library immediately upon release.

This luxury script and timeless serif are perfectly designed for one another-not only are they strong standalone fonts, but will pair beautifully when placed side by side. Feeling creative? They can even be mixed together within the same word for a more eye-catching layout, giving you a versatile set of fonts which can be used & loved across a range of design projects.

I always recommend taking a font for a test drive prior to purchasing. Sometimes letter formations aren’t ideal to what you may be looking for. I love to type out words or the alphabet in all caps and lowercase before adding to my collection.
